Okay so like... if I wrote a (very silly) fanfic... asdfghjkl is it too early to start posting fics for a game that isn't out yet??? It's just, I had a VISION... (The vision was Ciel finding King Caius x the Heretic RPF written by a Caius fangirl)
I gave it a read and I found it so interesting! I actually never even thought about the possibility of fangirls shipping Caius with the Idrinian leader, but now that you mention it, makes SO MUCH SENSE. Of course they would be into the darkness of spurned romance and forbidden love???
It was so refreshing to read our characters written from the POV of someone else, so really, thank you so much! Keep them fanfics coming <3 HAHA
a solid demo so far, really marvelous and proud to see this slowly grew and built into what it is with what how much efforts powered through from that old demo i had played and have been following the progress since! (also still the same loyal Caius’ and Rigel’s fan, love me some eyepatch animen, the library bonding events spoiled me good hehhe despite ahem, my own suspicions/reservations about him). this brings me back… the battle sequence pumped me up too esp with Mabel, so excited for the White Raven Day and possibly date(s)/dance with some my favs! it felt like fun immersion in those isekai fantasy-themed world but through controlling the heroine herself, on a distinctive, different fresh take of the trope!
some bugs i found so far were;
the occurrence of status bar appearing out of menu, just need to try once or few times reopen-closing the status from menu to make them disappear due to how another status bar could appear in turn.
encountered this upon saving through options that still had the dialogue box
and another one on interation with Caius in library.
this broken dialogue portrait of Ciel
triggering unsuitable dialogue of the knights when alone on the day of training with Mabel
some other were just need polishing passability on objects (like those in briefing room, church, the stores, + how Ciel phased through her door like this while with Mabel after talking with Rigel)

also we really appreciate the compilation of all the bug fixes which we will definitely get to fixing in the next installment. The screenshots are super helpful as well, and we definitely will take all feedback into account to purge all the bugs !!!!!!

I thiiiink I played the og demo, but honestly it's been long enough that I can't quite remember... What I do know is that I've been following your twitter for years in anticipation of this game and I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS NEW DEMO IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL. I can only imagine how amazing the full release will be.
My favorite so far is probably Rigel, but I don't know for sure, because Caius is right up there too (lol at the NPC praying to be reincarnated as a noble and marry His Majesty... sorry buddy that's MY plotline. Although maybe I should be worried about the fanclub lol... Ikki Amnesia Memories flashbacks...). I like Kiel, although I think I might just want to earn his respect more than I want to kiss him, necessarily (so sorry about the grievous injuries, friend. I promise I am resetting for EVERY stat point I can get my hands on). Altair is... interesting, but also frustrating. I'm curious about him, but I also want to make him stop being Like That. Anyway, can't wait to see how I feel about everyone in the full release! I'm especially interested in Mr. "Heretic" over there... Ngl, kinda thinking "down with Desideria!!!" which... MIGHT be a problem if I'm trying to romance its king, but... Haha, well, I'm sure it will all work out eventually~ The worldbuilding in this game has really got me in its grip already.
I also just want to take a moment to praise Ciel's design, because she's SO cute. I, um, may have looked into the mirror a couple more times than was strictly required. Tbh a lot of times my enjoyment of otome games really comes down to how I feel about the MC, so I'm happy to say that I'm loving this one so far. I just have ONE question... and it's kind of ridiculous, but... How EXACTLY do you pronounce "Ciel Rozenbleu"? I studied French in high school, so I've been pronouncing it with French pronunciation rules lol... "Syel Ro-zen-bleuh" but... Then I thought it could maybe be more Anglicanized? "Seel Ro-zen-blue"? And the thing is, I don't normally care if I'm pronouncing fantasy characters' names 100% right or not, but specifically because this is an isekai... It kind of matters, doesn't it? I mean, imagine you're trying to introduce yourself as the person whose body you're inhabiting but then you say their name wrong... I'm getting executed for being full of Evil or whatever for sure 😭😭😭

Unfortunately Dante wasn’t featured much in this demo, but he will have a small appearance in the last chapter of the common route (White Raven Day), which we’re aiming to get out by the end of the year! And Caius will make a big appearance too then, so look forward!!
It’s pretty interesting that you brought up the pronunciation of Ciel’s surname, we hadn’t considered a French pronunciation before :0 So far we’ve been pronouncing it as “Seel Ro-zen-blue”, but hey, anything goes in a fantasy world, right? It wouldn’t be a stretch for the fancy nobles to opt for a more elegant sounding French version for sure. But yeah, it would be super embarrassing if Ciel got found out by everyone just because she pronounced her surname wrong TTT

Cute graphics (big fan of all things pink as well) - maps were lovely and not confusing to get around! From what I currently know about the LIs... ALL of them seem really interesting to me, so it's already hard to pick a favorite (and that's high praise considering how it usually goes for me.) Ciel is also adorable and well-written (her in-game sprite is sooo cute btw.) I enjoy the contrast between real-Ciel and our-version of Ciel.
The story/game overall is very engaging and fun, I adore the writing and the characters so much already. I normally do not comment/review, but I had to log in and write this to give big praise to the team. I feel like most games drown you in a lot of story/heaviness all at once, or are way too light/lackluster. This game is a perfect middle-ground that leaves you wanting more.
It's just overall a very refreshing game. The only negative is now having to wait to play the full release :c
But seriously, thank you for making such a lovely lovely game. Everyone should download now and try it out, you won't regret it.
Also, big props to reminding us to save before battle scenes or else I wouldn't know to or I would completely forget to each time!

We’re currently working on our kickstarter campaign which will be out on 10 may, after which we’re aiming to get the last arc of common route out by the end of the year, and then start working on and releasing the routes in batches. It might take a while for the full game to come out, but hopefully if we release it bit by bit it won’t be too long of a wait!
I feel like Kiel’s head is too large compared to the rest of his body, don’t you think? Especially when you compare his portrait to the other characters.
Still looks kind of jarring in my opinion, and I think it would look better if you shrunk his head. His head would be small too, if his body size is supposed to be small.
somehow found myself here from Heart a la Mode and... omg it's Altair who made a cameo there!! can't wait for the demo to drop, this looks really good. good luck and I hope you enjoy the development process <3
Ahhh Im reminded of this game again. I was going through the demos I played 2 years ago and OML I remembered how I LOVED this one!! Cant wait for more updates <3

His body is angled sideways which is why his shoulder width may look smaller! He's supposed to be a little smaller than the other LIs too ;;
